Surah 23 al-Muʾminūn (The Believers)

(23:88)	قُلْ مَنۢ بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ	qul man bi‑yadihi malakūtu kulli shayʾin wa‑huwa yujīru wa‑lā yujāru ʿalayhi in kuntum taʿlamūna	Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know."
