Surah 13 al-Raʿd (The Thunder)

(13:12)	هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ	huwa alladhī yurīkumu l‑barqa khawfan wa‑ṭamaʿan wa‑yunshiʾu l‑saḥāba l‑thiqāla	It is He Who doth show you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope: It is He Who doth raise up the clouds, heavy with (fertilising) rain!
