Surah 42 al-Shūrā (The Counsel)

(42:28)	وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ ٱلْغَيْثَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا۟ وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُۥ وَهُوَ ٱلْوَلِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ	wa‑huwa alladhī yunazzilu l‑ghaytha min baʿdi mā qanaṭū wa‑yanshuru raḥmatahu wa‑huwa l‑waliyyu l‑ḥamīdu	He is the One that sends down rain (even) after (men) have given up all hope, and scatters His Mercy (far and wide). And He is the Protector, Worthy of all Praise.
