Surah 5 al-Māʾidah (The Table Spread)

(5:79)	كَانُوا۟ لَا يَتَنَاهَوْنَ عَن مُّنكَرٍ فَعَلُوهُ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ	kānū lā yatanāhawna ʿan munkarin faʿalūhu la‑biʾsa mā kānū yafʿalūna	Nor did they (usually) forbid one another the iniquities which they committed: evil indeed were the deeds which they did.
