Surah 26 al-Shuʿarā (The Poets)

إِلَّا  مَنْ  أَتَى  ٱللَّـهَ  بِقَلْبٍ  سَلِيمٍ illā man ata allāha biqalbin salīmin
"But only he (will prosper) that brings to Allah a sound heart;

Surah 37 al-Ṣaffāt (The Rangers)
(37:84)

إِذْ  جَآءَ  رَبَّهُۥ  بِقَلْبٍ  سَلِيمٍ idh jāa rabbahu biqalbin salīmin
Behold! he approached his Lord with a sound heart.

Surah 50 Qāf (Qaf)
(50:33)

مَّنْ  خَشِىَ  ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ  بِٱلْغَيْبِ  وَجَآءَ  بِقَلْبٍ  مُّنِيبٍ man khashiya l‑raḥmāna bil‑ghaybi wa‑jāʾa biqalbin munībin
"Who feared (Allah) Most Gracious Unseen, and brought a heart turned in devotion (to Him):
(50:37)

إِنَّ  فِى  ذَٰلِكَ  لَذِكْرَىٰ  لِمَن  كَانَ  لَهُۥ  قَلْبٌ  أَوْ  أَلْقَى  ٱلسَّمْعَ  وَهُوَ  شَهِيدٌ inna dhālika la‑dhikrā li‑man kāna lahu qalbun aw alqā l‑samʿa wa‑huwa shahīdun
Verily in this is a Message for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and earnestly witnesses (the truth).
