Sura al-Qaṣaṣ 28:5

وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ

wa-nurīdu an nnamunna ʿalā lladhīna istuḍʿifū fī l-arḍi wa-najʿalahum aʾimmatan wa-najʿalahumu l-wārithīna

And We wished to be Gracious to those who were being depressed in the land, to make them leaders (in Faith) and make them heirs,
