Sura al-Ḥijr 15:22

وَأَرْسَلْنَا ٱلرِّيَٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمْ لَهُۥ بِخَٰزِنِينَ

wa-arsalnā l-riyāḥa lawāqiḥa fa-anzalnā mina l-samāʾi māʾan fa-asqaynākumūhu wa-mā antum lahu bikhāzinīna

And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores.
