Sura al-Isrāʾ 17:99

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّـهَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ أَجَلًا لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَأَبَى ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِلَّا كُفُورًا

a-wa-lam yaraw annā allāha alladhī khalaqa l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍa qādirun ʿala an yakhluqa mithlahum wa-jaʿala lahum ajalan lā rayba fīhi faaba l-ẓālimūna illā kufūran

See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, has power to create the like of them (anew)? Only He has decreed a term appointed, of which there is no doubt. But the unjust refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude.
