Sura al-Anbiyāʾ 21:30

أَوَلَمْ يَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنَٰهُمَا وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَىٍّ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

a-wa-lam yarā lladhīna kafarū annā l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍa kānatā ratqan fa-fataqnāhumā wa-jaʿalnā mina l-māʾi kulla shayʾin ḥayin a-fa-lā yuʾminūna

Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?
