Sura Luqmān 31:16

يَٰبُنَىَّ إِنَّهَآ إِن تَكُ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ فَتَكُن فِى صَخْرَةٍ أَوْ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ أَوْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَأْتِ بِهَا ٱللَّـهُ إِنَّ ٱللَّـهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ

yā-bunayya innahā in taku mithqāla ḥabbatin min khardalin fa-takun fī ṣakhratin aw fī l-samāwāti aw fī l-arḍi yaʾti bihā allāhu inna allāha laṭīfun khabīrun

"O my son!" (said Luqman), "If there be (but) the weight of a mustard-seed and it were (hidden) in a rock, or (anywhere) in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth: for Allah understands the finest mysteries, (and) is well-acquainted (with them).
