Sura al-Rūm 30:27

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَهُ ٱلْمَثَلُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

wa-huwa alladhī yabdaʾu l-khalqa thumma yuʿīduhu wa-huwa ahwanu ʿalayhi wa-lahu l-mathalu l-aʿlā fī l-samāwāti wa-l-arḍi wa-huwa l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

It is He Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; and for Him it is most easy. To Him belongs the loftiest similitude (we can think of) in the heavens and the earth: for He is Exalted in Might, full of wisdom.
