Surah 42 al-Shūrā (The Counsel)

(42:49)	لِلَّـهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ إِنَٰثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ٱلذُّكُورَ	lillāhi mulku l‑samāwāti wa‑l‑arḍi yakhluqu mā yashāʾu yahabu li‑man yashāʾu ināthan wa‑yahabu li‑man yashāʾu l‑dhukūra	To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills (and plans).
