Surah 2 al-Baqara (The Cow)

(2:269)	يُؤْتِى ٱلْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَآءُ وَمَن يُؤْتَ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِىَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ	yuʾtī l‑ḥikmata man yashāʾu wa‑man yuʾtā l‑ḥikmata fa‑qad ūtiya khayran kathīran wa‑mā yadhdhakkaru illā ūlū l‑albābi	He granteth wisdom to whom He pleaseth; and he to whom wisdom is granted receiveth indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.
