Surah 21 al-Anbiyāʾ (The Prophets)

(21:48)    | وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ وَضِيَآءً وَذِكْرًا لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ | wa‑la‑qad ātaynā mūsā wa‑hārūna l‑furqāna wa‑ḍiyāʾan wa‑dhikran lil‑muttaqīna | In the past We granted to Moses and Aaron the criterion (for
judgment), and a Light and a Message for those who would do right,-
