Surah 23 al-Muʾminūn (The Believers)

(23:13)	ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَٰهُ نُطْفَةً فِى قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ	thumma jaʿalnāhu nuṭfatan fī qarārin makīnin	Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed; Sura al-Muʾminūn 23:13 ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَٰهُ نُطْفَةً فِى قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ thumma jaʿalnāhu nuṭfatan fī qarārin makīnin Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed;
