Surah 24 al-Nūr (The Light)

(24:13)	لَّوْلَا جَآءُو عَلَيْهِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَإِذْ لَمْ يَأْتُوا۟ بِٱلشُّهَدَآءِ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ عِندَ ٱللَّـهِ هُمُ ٱلْكَٰذِبُونَ	lawlā jāʾū ʿalayhi bi‑arbaʿati shuhadāʾa faidh lam yaʾtū bil‑shuhadāʾi fa‑ūlāʾika ʿinda allāhi humu l‑kādhibūna	Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of Allah, (stand forth) themselves as liars!
