Sura al-Shuʿarā 26:44

فَأَلْقَوْا۟ حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا۟ بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ

fa-alqaw ḥibālahum wa-ʿiṣiyyahum wa-qālū biʿizzati firʿawna innā la-naḥnu l-ghālibūna

So they threw their ropes and their rods, and said: "By the might of Pharaoh, it is we who will certainly win!"
