Surah 30 al-Rūm (The Romans)

(30:49)	وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمُبْلِسِينَ	wa‑in kānū min qabli an yunazzala ʿalayhim min qablihi la‑mublisīna	Even though, before they received (the rain) - just before this - they were dumb with despair!
