Sura al-Aḥzāb 33:59

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّـهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

yā-ayyuhā l-nabiyyu qul li-azwājika wa-banātika wa-nisāi l-muʾminīna yudnīna ʿalayhinna min jalābībihinna dhālika adnā an yuʿrafna fa-lā yudhayna wa-kāna allāhu ghafūran raḥīman

O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
