Sura al-Ghāfir 40:58

وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَلَا ٱلْمُسِىٓءُ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ

wa-mā yastawī l-aʿmā wa-l-baṣīru wa-lladhīna āmanū wa-ʿamilū l-ṣāliḥāti wa-lā l-musīʾu qalīlan mā tatadhakkarūna

Not equal are the blind and those who (clearly) see: Nor are (equal) those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and those who do evil. Little do ye learn by admonition!
