Surah 43 al-Zukhruf (The Embellishment)

(43:31)	وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ	wa‑qālū lawlā nuzzila hādhā l‑qurʾānu ʿalā rajulin mina l‑qaryatayni ʿaẓīmin	Also, they say: "Why is not this Qur'an sent down to some leading man in either of the two (chief) cities?"
