Sura Qāf 50:25

مَّنَّاعٍ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ مُّرِيبٍ

mannāʿin lil-khayri muʿtadin murībin

"Who forbade what was good, transgressed all bounds, cast doubts and suspicions;
