Surah 54 al-Qamar (The Moon)

(54:12)	وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ	wa‑fajjarnā l‑arḍa ʿuyūnan fa‑iltaqā l‑māʾu ʿala amrin qad qudira	And We caused the earth to gush forth with springs, so the waters met (and rose) to the extent decreed.
